Our bi-lingual customer service staff is available from 7AM to 6PM CST M-F and 10AM - 2PM CST Saturdays. Producers and policyholders are welcome to call with questions or concerns about billing, underwriting, and other policy related issues. We can also help with systems and procedural questions.
Call us for help concerning any accident or loss. If possible, please have as much information concerning any other parties involved in the event including names and addresses and whether there was any loss or injury.
Our claims staff can be of assistance in both English and Spanish. Claims service hours are 8 AM to 6 PM CST M-F.
