This named-driver, limited coverage policy offers low-cost coverage needed to meet the financial responsibility requirements of Texas.  Coverage for rental cars is not included.  Drivers may choose a policy term of 1, 3 or 6 months. 

Elite

This is the perfect policy for families on a budget needing to meet state financial responsibility limits with rental car coverage.  Policy terms of 1, 3 and 6 months are offered.

Towing and Roadside Assistance Option

$8 per month buys a lot of peace of mind with a premium package from Nation Safe Driver which can be added to either type of policy.  It gives nationwide  24 hour Toll-Free access to:

• Emergency Towing Service
• Essential Fluid/Gas Delivery
• Lost Key and Lock-out Services
• Flat Tire Assistance
• Battery Service

Payment Options

Aggressive offers many sensible payment methods to help policyholders manage their budgets. Premiums may be paid in full or our customers may choose a convenient monthly payment plan - regardless of the policy term.

Georgia drivers are offered solid family coverages at affordable prices.  Aggressive's Georgia policy has a 6 month term and provides protection to meet state financial responsibility limits.

In addition, drivers may choose from two Roadside Assistance plans:

Plan A ($60 premium per Six Month Period)

• Maximum Towing benefit up to $70 per covered disabled vehicle
• Locksmith benefit up to $30
• Emergency Road Service up to $40

Plan B ($30 premium per Six Month Period)

• Maximum Towing benefit of $50 per covered disabled vehicle
• Emergency Road Service up to $35

Aggressive offers a special program of coverage for homeowners in southern parts of Texas. 

This is a surplus lines, limited coverage program for properties in the following counties:

Harris County risks which are NOT eligible for coverage in the Texas Windstorm Pool may also be written.

At the present time, the following coverages are offered:

• Basic Homeowners Policy
• Replacement Cost Option
• Buildings valued to:
  • $500,000 in Protected areas
  • $200,000 in Unprotected areas
• Personal Liability up to $300,000 per occurrence
• Scheduled Personal Property coverage available.

Aggressive offers aircraft insurance with a "Personal Lines Touch" throughout the U.S.  Written on member companies of the Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Group the program offers:

• Liability Coverage to $1 million
• Passenger Sublimits up to $250,000
• Hull Coverage to $1 million
• Pilots up to age 80 (85 for renewals) are eligible
• Planes built 1955 and after may be written
• Special credits for safety equipment such as "whole plane' parachutes, seatbelt airbags and thermal imaging systems.
• Superior systems allow on-line, real-time quote, bind, issue and pay
• Direct billed annual policies with 1, 4 or 12 payments
• No premium finance required
• Bahamas coverage available
